This home is set up to be the sanctuary you deserve while you are on vacation. Enjoy three comfortable bedrooms during your stay. The Main Bedroom features a king bed, dresser, sitting area, and direct access to the rear deck and hot tub. The connected ensuite is spacious and includes a corner soaker tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk in closet.

The other two bedrooms feature another king bed and a queen bed.

For your convenience, a self-check-in is provided. You will be assigned a custom door code that will begin at 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

Detailed check-in instructions will be emailed to you approximately three days before your arrival.

• No Pets
• No overnight street parking is allowed. Please park in the driveway.
• Guests will not have access to the garage.
• No pets allowed on the property. A $250 fee will be charged to guests that bring unauthorized pets in addition to any cost of damages and cleaning.
  
• No parties or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed on the property.
  
• Be respectful to the neighbors.
  
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
  
• No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. A $250 fee will be charged to any guest that smokes or vapes on the property.
  
• Guests must report any property damage to the host immediately.
  
• Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this listing. 

Hot Tub Rules:

• Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, elderly, have diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or any other health concerns.
• Soak at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Bathing suits are required at all times.
• No running, jumping, diving, or rough play.
• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
• No more than 6 people in the hot tub at one time.
• Rinse off before and after using the hot tub.
• Do not adjust the temperature. Temperature is set at approximately 102°
• Keep the lid closed when not in use.
• Do not splash water out of the hot tub.
• Notify the host immediately if the water level drops below the jets or if there are any other issues.

Hot tubs require frequent attention in order to maintain a safe and clean soaking experience. Hot tub maintenance may be required during your stay. If water maintenance is required, you will be notified in advance that someone will be stopping by. They will only need to access the garage and read deck to perform maintenance and will not need access to the inside of the property. You are free to stay at the property during this time. 

All guests that fail to comply with the house rules are liable for any associated cost of damages, fees, or expenses. They are subject to immediate removal from the property with no refund.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
